May maintenance window closed

The service on Wednesday 8th of May will begin at 09:00 and will affect all systems in various degrees.

Rackham, Snowy, Irma, Bianca, Grus, Castor and the UPPMAX Cloud will receive system bug fixes and security updates as usual.

The queue on Bianca will BE STOPPED. The Bianca cluster might be unavailable for the whole day, and even longer.

Login sessions and services like ThinLinc, WebExport can be interrupted due to restart of login nodes.

If you experience strange things while the service window remains open, please assume it’s related to the service window and await contacting the support. If the problems remain after the service window has been closed you are of course welcome to contact the support at support@uppmax.uu.se.

You can follow our progress on this page throughout the day.
