December maintenance window closed

The December maintenance window will begin at 09:00 CET on December 4.

• Login nodes will be restarted.

• All systems will receive important bug fixes and security updates.

• No major changes are planned, but as always, there is an increased probability of minor glitches or outages.

• Please follow progress on https://status.uppmax.uu.se

• During the service window the routers doing network address translation (NAT) for the computation nodes at UPPMAX will be replaced. This will interrupt ongoing data transfers from the computation nodes to the Internet outside of UPPMAX. The login nodes will not be interrupted since they are not behind NAT. If you are transfering large data during the service window please keep an eye on this and possibly restart your transfers after the service window.
