Lost e-mail support tickets, working again closed

For about a week, approximately September 10 until September 18, support e-mails sent to the standard address support@uppmax.uu.se have probably been lost. This was due to a misconfiguration of the forwarding from Uppsala University e-mail servers to the common NAISS support system.

The issue has since been fixed.

If you sent a new ticket during this timespan and didn’t get a confirmation, or if you followed up on a previous ticket with no further feedback, please send a new e-mail!

We apologize for this. Since there were several systems involved outside of our direct control, it wasn’t trivial to detect or fix.
