Bianca login issues closed

Some projects may encounter difficulties connecting to the login nodes. This is a consequence of the OpenStack upgrade conducted last week, during which a system configuration value was unfortunately reset and went unnoticed, given the limited number of login nodes at the time. Now that Bianca is operating at scale, this issue has come to our attention. Improvements will swiftly follow, but you may need to wait a few more hours before being able to log in to Bianca again. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are experiencing problems again with slow start of Bianca nodes. This makes it hard to login reliably if the project virtual cluster is not running. If you are experiencing problems please try again after a while. Please also let us know. Thank you.
