UPPMAX cloud and failed instances closed

We are seeing many failed instances in the UPPMAX cloud starting at 6th of March and continuing today. The problem is not yet determined and we are continuing to investigate. At this moment things should work better, as the compute services had given up due to timeout issues creating virtual interfaces. The timeouts might be related to issues with the messaging service, which was restarted yesterday evening.
