Issues with Offload storage (lutra) closed

It was discovered last week that Offload project storage directories on lutra contained more data than was reported by df. This is a known issues we have dealt with before on systems running glusterfs. The cause is that some offload projects on Rackham and Snowy store more hidden internal glusterfs data. In order to correct this data the quotas was re-enabled on March 2 but unfortunately this caused the filesystem to go down shortly, and some users reported I/O errors. We apologize for this inconvenience. It will take some time to calculate usage and until we know if the underlying issue is fixed.
