Problem with Crex on Rackham and Snowy closed

We had problems with Crex around 11.30 on November 23. It seems like one of the metadatacontrollers had to restart.

Crex is working fine so far.

At the moment Crex works fine, but nothing concrete is actually fixed. So we will not close this status yet.

Crex is unresponsive as the storage servers have become unresponsive due to high load. We are investigating and apologize for this inconvenience.
