September maintenance window closed
The September maintenance window will start at 09:00 CEST on September 1.
- No queues on will be stopped.
- The UPPMAX Cloud will be unavailable for 24-48 hours
- All systems will receive system updates and security fixes.
The UPPMAX Cloud will be offline for 24-48 hours as we work on the block storage network. These changes will make the UPPMAX Cloud more resilient to failures, offer higher performance, and will make it easier to maintain storage upgrades in the future.
Any disturbances on the accessible systems while the service window remains open should be assumed as related to the service window. Please hold contacting the support until the service is announced completed. If the problems remain after the service window has been closed you are of course welcome to contact the support at support@uppmax.uu.se.
You can follow our progress on this page throughout the day.
