Issues with Crex closed

Crex is running slow again. We are investigating and looking at IO-patterns from different jobs at the cluster. Basic metadata operations, such as listing files (ls, but not ls -l) and changing directories, seem to be less affected.

Crex has been running fine since the problems occured.
