April maintenance window closed

The April maintenance window will start at 09:00 CEST on April 7.

The queues on Rackham and Snowy will be stopped as we perform maintenance work on the project storage system Crex.

The queues on Bianca will be stopped as we update the hypervisor and controlplane to the latest kernel.

Any disturbances on the accessible systems while the service window remains open should be assumed as related to the service window. Please hold contacting the support until the service is announced completed. If the problems remain after the service window has been closed you are of course welcome to contact the support at support@uppmax.uu.se.

Maintenance on Bianca completed. This concludes the april maintenance window.

Maintenance on Bianca is close to completion. We expect Bianca to return to production very soon.

Rackham and Snowy are back in production. The updates on Bianca are for the most part completed. It reains to bringing up all the nodes and and to buld the new images. We expect to have the system in production tomorrow. Work on the UPPMAX Clouds continues. Next update at 9:00 tomorrow.

We are done with the maintenance on Irma. Work on the rest of the systems continues according to the plans. Next update comes at 17:00.
