March maintenance window closed
The March maintenance window will start at 09:00 CEST on March 3.
- No queues will be stopped.
- east-1 will become offline and virtual machines in east-1 will get rebooted.
- All systems will receive system updates and security fixes.
Note that we have planned maintenance on the SNIC Science Cloud region east-1.cloud.snic.se. We will perform work related to the network, expanding the floating IP pool and attaching more hypervisors. VMs will become offline, and we will take this opportunity to update and reboot the compute hosts. Your VMs will be shutdown during this time and you should prepare for a soft shutdown before the maintenance window starts.
Any disturbances on the accessible systems while the service window remains open should be assumed as related to the service window. Please hold contacting the support until the service is announced completed. If the problems remain after the service window has been closed you are of course welcome to contact the support at support@uppmax.uu.se.
