Problems creating new VMs and volumes in EAST-1 closed

There is a known issue in https://east-1.cloud.snic.se that affects creating new VMs and volumes. We are investigating this issue and will update this status as progress is made.

The issue was caused due to a loss of connection between the storage component in the cloud control plane and the Ceph storage cluster backend. The connection was restored around 17:00 today, and we see no current signs of problems. All volumes created during this incident was failed, and ended up with an error status, and was cleaned up as the storage system reconnected.
