Updates from SUPR currently on hold closed

Updates from https://supr.snic.se is currently on hold. Syncing new users, projects and groups from SUPR to UPPMAX is thus delayed. Updates from afternoon and evening starting on September 24th will be resumed again tomorrow on Friday, 25th of September. We are working on upgrading our infrastructure surrounding SUPR, which unfortunately took longer than expected.
