September maintenance window closed
The service on September 2nd will begin at 09:00 CEST. Queues on Bianca will be stopped as we perform work on the home and project storage system Castor and reboot the cloud contorl plane. The queues on Rackham, Snowy and Irma will not be stopped. All systems will receive bug fixes and security updates.
Any disturbances on the accessible systems while the service window remains open should be assumed as related to the service window and await contacting the support. If the problems remain after the service window has been closed you are of course welcome to contact the support at support@uppmax.uu.se.

Bianca is back in production. This concludes the September maintenance.

The issues from yesterday has been solved and we are performing the last tests before we return Bianca to production.

All systems apart from Bianca are now in production. Due to unexpected OpenStack-issues we are struggling to start the clusters on Bianca, and the work continues.

The maintenance of Bianca is nearing completion. We are testing and preparing the system for production. Update coming at 15:00.

We continue working on the remaining systems. Next update at 12:00.

Work is still going on the Bianca systems. There are minor issues with Castor still on our way, which we hope will be resolved tomorrow. The maintenance of Crex is also continuing but Rackham and Snowy remains available. Maintenance on the UPPMAX Cloud has completed. Next update is coming tomorrow at 09:00.

The maintenance on the clusters Rackham, Snowy and Irma is finished now. We continue working on Bianca and Castor. Next update is coming at 17:00.
