Cooling issues closed

Our computer room has lost cooling and all systems are taken down because of this.

Cooling has returned (although we’re not yet certain it is stable) and the cooling system is working to get the room back to normal temperatures. More updates as things evolve.

It seems cooling is stable and we will start letting jobs run again. Irma, snowy and rackham are available or will be shortly.

Because of various design reasons, it will take a little longer before bianca is available again, but we’re working on bringing it back.

The current best prognosis for when bianca will be available is not today (likely this evening or tomorrow).

We’re still working on bringing bianca back, unfortunately we can not currently give a good estimate for when it will be available.

Bianca and the UPPMAX Cloud is now back in production. We have noticed that a few login nodes in Bianca are slow to connect to for the first time. We expect the performance to gradually catch up to normal speed later during the day.

All systems are now back in production.
