If you need help from firstname.lastname@example.org during the summer you may find increased response time between July and August due to the summer vacations. The staff remaining on-site will try its best to help you as quickly as possible, but depending on how complex your ticket is you might have to wait longer than usual. The support should be back to normal starting at week 33 (12th of August).
