Bianca problems closed

After Friday at lunch Bianca has problems with creating new nodes in OpenStack.

We are sorry about the troubles this is causing. We are working on trying to fix the problems.

Bianca are now starting both login and compute nodes and we have started up the metascheduler again that automatically start nodes for projects with waiting jobs. It looks like things are working as expected for now.
